I. Party Building Guides a New Journey

In 2025, FIOCCO Group successfully completed the reelection of its General Party Branch Committee in April, infusing fresh blood and vitality into the Party organization. The new Party Branch Committee, mindful of its mission, deepened theoretical grounding and promoted the deep integration of Party building with corporate governance and strategic development. Thanks to solid work and outstanding results, the Group's General Party Branch was honored with the title of "Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization" in July, marking a new level in Party building work. Through high-quality Party building, the Group has united people and provided direction, offering strong political and organizational assurance for the enterprise's steady progress.

In 2025, Yesgo Valley Fashion Technology Park continued to strengthen its empowerment system of "Resources + Capital + Services," making solid progress in platform development and enterprise cultivation. Throughout the year, the park added 5 new Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology-based SMEs, bringing the total to 28, and added 2 new High-Tech Enterprises, further enhancing the incubation of designer brands and industrial chain collaboration capabilities. The entry of Yunlin Art Gallery promoted the deep integration of industry with culture and art. By the end of 2025, the park had gathered over 160 enterprises, with more than 30 new enterprises introduced during the year.

IV. Huayi Escorts Global Reach

In 2025, the Huayi Comprehensive Foreign Trade Platform continued to achieve breakthroughs in multiple areas and enhance synergy across different segments. As the leading unit of the "Courageous Global Expansion" service group, it fully committed to promoting compliant overseas expansion for enterprises, focusing on clearing a smooth and transparent path for going global. Simultaneously, the platform continued to deepen its presence in the cross-border e-commerce field, with a key focus on expanding into the Russian local e-commerce market. The Ningbo Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Service Platform Standardization Pilot Project successfully passed acceptance with high scores, further solidifying its benchmark position in the industry. The platform's subsidiary, Yijiaxin Trading Company, was officially established in May, focusing on integrating resources from Central and Eastern European specialty products and the pearl industry chain. It deeply integrates the warmth of pearls with Eastern aesthetics, injecting fresh vitality into domestic sales business.
