On the afternoon of November 26th, Pan Xiaofeng, Deputy Director of Ningbo Municipal Commerce Bureau, and his delegation visited FIOCCO Group to conduct research on the integration of domestic and foreign trade and park empowerment. Deputy Director Pan and the delegation conducted a field inspection of the Y11 Brand Exhibition and Sales Center and the Y11 Fashion Block, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the development of FIOCCO Group's domestic brand FIOCCO, as well as the innovative measures taken by the Yesgo Valley platform in empowering SMEs and promoting industrial chain collaboration.
During the subsequent symposium, Chairman Shi Yun detailed the group's operational status and overall development trends from January to October 2025. He stated that, in terms of foreign trade, affected by US tariffs and price wars, corporate profit margins have been severely squeezed; in terms of domestic trade, the development of independent brands faces challenges such as high investment, slow returns, and the impact of e-commerce.
Deputy Director Pan Xiaofeng affirmed FIOCCO Group's active exploration in stabilizing foreign trade growth and transforming domestic trade. He emphasized that promoting the integration of domestic and foreign trade is not only an important national strategy for building a new development paradigm but also a key path to enhancing enterprises' market adaptability and industrial security. He stated that the commerce department will actively study the practical needs of enterprises in areas such as branding, channels, financing, and legal services, to help SMEs enhance their ability to switch between domestic and international markets.
Both parties also held in-depth exchanges on topics including e-commerce platform regulations, park empowerment, and shared manufacturing models. Relevant officials from the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Municipal Commerce Bureau expressed that they would further strengthen government-enterprise communication, optimize policy transmission mechanisms, and promote the precise implementation of resources.
