On the afternoon of May 28, Li Jing, Director of the International Exchange and Service Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS), led a delegation to FIOCCO Group for research, focusing on examining the group's innovative practices in stabilizing employment and cultivating skilled talent within a full-industry-chain enterprise. Director Li conducted on-site visits to the group's exhibition panels, corporate sand table, Y11 Brand Exhibition and Sales Center, Y11 Fashion Block, and the showroom of FASHIONSPARK, a representative enterprise within the park. He gained a comprehensive understanding of FIOCCO Group's development history, core business sectors, and achievements in innovation and transformation, with a particular focus on the group's specific practices and results in building a skilled talent pipeline, innovating talent attraction and cultivation mechanisms, and implementing employment stabilization measures.
During the inspection, Director Li fully affirmed the service measures of the FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley Park, which support the growth of start-up enterprises through innovative models such as resource sharing and platform matching. He stated that the group's innovative incubation ecosystem has achieved remarkable results, and expressed hope for continued deepening of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in the future, continuously enhancing the alignment between talent cultivation and industrial development.
