On the morning of April 7, FIOCCO Group held its 2026 Apparel Business Meeting at the 6th floor lecture hall of the Group's headquarters. Mr. Shi Yun, Chairman of the Group, Ms. Shi Mei, President of the Group, along with heads of relevant subsidiaries and apparel business departments, attended the meeting.

The meeting conducted an in-depth analysis of the current external environment and industry challenges, and systematically outlined the breakthrough directions for the apparel business in 2026 as well as internal optimization and reform measures. During the meeting, heads of relevant subsidiaries and departments reported and shared detailed updates on their work in the first quarter of 2026. Chairman Shi Yun made clear directives for the year's key objectives around the three core principles of Expanding Revenue, Controlling Costs, and Enhancing Efficiency:

1.Deepen market presence and expand customer base Actively engage with existing clients to explore deeper cooperation opportunities and cross-sector needs; participate in trade fairs across Europe, the United States, Australia, and other regions to further grow the apparel business.

2.Drive product innovation and diversify channels Leverage AI and other advanced technologies to optimize product design; actively explore emerging markets; make full use of new media platforms to boost brand visibility and conversion capabilities.

3.Optimize internal operations for cost reduction and efficiency gains Streamline low-impact roles, allocate human resources more effectively, and improve overall organizational efficiency.

The meeting called on all colleagues to transform their business mindset, proactively respond to industry challenges, and make Expanding Revenue, Controlling Costs, and Enhancing Efficiencythe core focus of their efforts.
