On May 12th, the FIOCCO Group organized a vibrant and engaging team-building outing at Xiangshan Dongdan Beach. All employees enhanced communication and collaboration through activities such as a beachside barbecue, a bonfire party, and a fishing trip at sea, creating unforgettable summer memories.

 

At 2 PM that day, the entire team set off for Xiangshan Dongdan Beach. The journey was filled with laughter and joy as everyone fully embraced this wonderful time together.

After a one-and-a-half-hour drive, we arrived at our destination. Following a brief rest, we kicked off the free exploration and photo-taking mode.

Barbecue + Bonfire Party

 

At 5 PM, accompanied by the sound of ocean waves, everyone gathered by the seaside. After initial preparations and group assignments, everyone quickly dove into the barbecue process.

 

The gradually rising aroma of smoke in the air was incredibly relaxing. Working in teams, assisting each other, we skillfully grilled a variety of delicious dishes. As the food was served, we sat around the grill, tasting together, discussing the flavors, and sharing our barbecue tips.

After dinner, we gathered around the bonfire for team-building games. Under the sea breeze of Dongdan, we felt the warmth of nature. Amidst laughter and conversation, everyone interacted more, gained a deeper understanding of each other, and further strengthened camaraderie between departments.

Fishing at Sea

 

The next day, the main group set out for Shippu, Xiangshan. Sunlight reflecting off the sea surface was refreshing and invigorating. Today's activities included not only sea fishing but also dining on the water, offering us refreshing and delightful surprises.

 By observing the fishermen's practical fishing operations, we truly experienced the challenges and excitement of sea harvesting while also learning about maritime culture.

After the fishing was completed, the boat operator brought the freshly caught seafood back on board. The live seafood allowed everyone to enjoy a rare and sumptuous feast.

Amidst the sounds of waves and seabirds, everyone heartily enjoyed the exquisite seafood dishes, savoring the relaxation and joy of life at sea.

Conclusion

 

Time quietly slipped away amidst laughter and joy. By the afternoon, the event was drawing to a close. Everyone packed their belongings and embarked on the return journey.

Summer marks the starting point of the earth's vibrant renewal, and the FIOCCO Group is already poised for action. We ventured towards mountains and seas in May, and we will ultimately reap a bountiful harvest in October!
