On the morning of January 13, Chen Weiqiang, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress, led a delegation including leaders from the Municipal People's Congress Urban Construction and Environmental Protection Committee, the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Committee, and the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau to visit FIOCCO Group. The delegation conducted a special research visit to study the practical experience of FIOCCO Group · Yesgo Valley in the independent renewal and transformation of existing land. Relevant leaders, including Zhu Guoping, Director of the Urban Construction and Environmental Protection Committee of the Ningbo Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, and Zhu Jiantao, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Yinzhou District People's Congress, accompanied the research. FIOCCO Group Chairman Shi Yun and President Shi Mei received the delegation.

Deputy Director Chen and the delegation toured the group's exhibition panels, corporate sand table, Y11 Brand Exhibition and Sales Center, Yunlin Art Center, and Y11 Fashion Block. They gained a detailed understanding of the development journey, operational model, and industrial ecosystem construction of Yesgo Valley Park in its transformation and upgrade from a traditional industrial park to a fashion and creative hub. Leveraging FIOCCO Group's over 30 years of industrial expertise in the textile and apparel sector, the park adopts a "Resources + Capital + Services" model to create an integrated apparel industry service platform encompassing design and R&D, smart manufacturing, exhibition and sales, and entrepreneurial incubation. This achieves a deep integration from "spatial renewal" to "industrial revitalization."

During the research visit, Deputy Director Chen highly praised FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley for its innovative transformation and upgrading through the independent renewal of existing factories and land, promoting industrial agglomeration and ecosystem development. He noted that Yesgo Valley has not only achieved efficient reuse of land and space but has also effectively empowered the growth of small, medium, and micro-enterprises through industrial chain collaboration, resource sharing, and entrepreneurial incubation. This provides a replicable and promotable practical model for urban organic renewal and industrial transformation and upgrading.
