On October 17, Xu Yuning, Chairman of the Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), led members of the CPPCC Chairman's Meeting and responsible officials from relevant departments to visit FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley for an on-site inspection of the industrial park's spatial renewal and renovation. Shen Min, Standing Committee Member of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Yinzhou District Party Committee, and other leaders accompanied the visit. Shi Yun, Chairman of FIOCCO Group, and Shi Mei, Director & Vice President of the Group, accompanied the reception.

Chairman Xu and the delegation first visited the comprehensive display boards showcasing the spatial renewal and renovation of the FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley industrial park. They received an on-site briefing from Vice President Shi Mei detailing the specific aspects of the spatial renewal.

In 2019, FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley utilized vacant factory buildings and existing land for renovation and expansion, building an industrial chain centered on the fashion textile and apparel industry. This transformed the traditional industrial park into a national-level textile and apparel creative design demonstration park and a national-level innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration platform—the Yesgo Valley Fashion Technology Park. Through spatial renewal and renovation, it has been endowed with a new mission of the era. The park integrates business offices, life entertainment, leisure shopping, and influencer check-ins. Guided by the founding philosophy of "Professionalism, Sharing, Empowerment, and Win-Win Cooperation," it comprehensively integrates upstream, midstream, and downstream supply chain resources of the fashion apparel industry both inside and outside the park, empowering SMEs in the fashion textile and apparel sector within the park for integrated and common prosperity development.

Subsequently, Chairman Xu and the delegation inspected the Yesgo Valley Designer Fashion Apparel Exhibition and Sales Platform, the Y11 Influencer Fashion Block, and other spaces. They learned about the story of Yesgo Valley's industrial renewal and renovation and conducted an in-depth visit to understand the business development of the park's resident enterprise—"Yishili."

Chairman Xu expressed full affirmation for the achievements made by FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley in the industrial park's upgrading, transformation, and spatial renewal. He pointed out that the new formats and models resulting from the urban spatial renewal and renovation of the Yesgo Valley industrial park are worthy of promotion and reference.

In the future, Yesgo Valley Technology Park will also comprehensively lead the fashion textile and apparel industry toward full radiation of intelligentization, technologicalization, and ecologicalization, promoting the transformation, upgrading, and common development of enterprises across the entire fashion textile and apparel industrial chain both inside and outside the park.
