On the afternoon of January 10, Chen Qiang, Party Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and First-Class Inspector of the Ningbo Municipal Trade Union Council, visited FIOCCO Group to extend holiday greetings to Provincial Model Worker Comrade Shi Yun and Municipal Model Worker Comrade Xu Qing. A symposium was held at the enterprise, accompanied by Fu Jide, Deputy Director of Yinzhou District People's Congress and Chairman of the District Trade Union Council; Shao Yinghao, Party Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and Vice Chairman of the District Trade Union Council; and Han Jie, Secretary of the Dongjiao Subdistrict Party Working Committee.

Secretary Chen and his delegation reviewed the comprehensive introduction to FIOCCO Group and the Yesgo Valley project. They toured the Yesgo Valley Designer Fashion Apparel Exhibition & Sales Platform and Y11 Fashion Block, gaining detailed insights into the innovative strategies, practical measures, and operational achievements of FIOCCO Group during its transformation and upgrading.

At the symposium, Secretary Chen received reports on:The overall work of the Yinzhou District Trade Union Council,Initiatives supporting common prosperity,Progress in digital reforms.Chairman Shi Yun then introduced the Group's foundational development. Over 30 years, FIOCCO Group has expanded its business sectors innovatively, maintained harmonious labor relations, and nurtured significant internal talent growth. As President of the Yinzhou District Model Workers and Artisans Association, Chairman Shi also reported on innovative initiatives supporting model workers and artisans. Subsequently, Group executives, model worker representatives, and the Group's Trade Union Chairman presented updates on their respective work.
